NHL Servers
This years game has been unplayable for me. I have no issues playing online with any other product. I can never stay connected to the NHL servers even when I’m hardwired in. Hopefully this is fixed for next years game.

Yes and yes. Like I’ve said before. This is the only video game that does this to me. I even play F1 2023 and it doesn’t disconnect me

Are you using one of those modem/router combo units provided by your ISP? If not and you have separate devices, try bypassing the router and plugging straight into your modem. This is just as a test. It'll help rule out any issues with the router.
I'm not seeing other reports of getting disconnected in every game so we're not aware of any issues that would cause this currently.
I have my own devices. I’m not sure I have a cord long enough to try that

By devices do you mean you have a separate modem and router? If so, you should be hardwired to the router, which is normally next to the modem. Or is that not the case?

I understand. Is your router also your modem? If it's a separate device, that will be connected to your router. Most of the time, the modem and router are close together so it might not be too difficult to plug into the modem instead.
- @EA_Aljo Well after all does updates game is unplayable ... so if you play your club with friends must have same location and server is set for that location ....so any different location have issue so again low group of players included you have no problem of course and bigger group of players have same problem with server ....so ONLY EA SPORTS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UNPLAYABLE GAME THAT COST HARD WORKED MONEY ....COMMON EA DONT SAY IT IS NOT EA ISSUE !!!! EVERY ISSUE IN EVERY EA GAME IS ONLY EA SPORTS ISSUES.
