nhl24 connection to ea server

cant log onto ea servers. all other games are working except nhl24
technical issues

Make sure you stick to using a wire since that seems to be available to you. What system are you playing on?

How do you delete older online rosters NHL 24 PlayStation four from the menu? I only have options to select go back or merge rosters. No option to delete all the rosters and make room for the new update which I believe is keeping me from signing in.
