2 years agoAs a test, try switching your connection to a mobile hotspot. Let me know if that works or not. Again, this is just as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.
- FleaRHCP9702 years agoNew Vanguard@EA_Aljo It does work with my mobile hotspot. So strange. All other games work fine with my normal gigabit wired connection. What does this mean??

That normally means the issue is with your ISP or equipment since a different connection is working. What system are you on? We can still try some troubleshooting in case it helps.
For now, check your router's firmware to make sure it's up to date.
- FleaRHCP9702 years agoNew Vanguard@EA_Aljo There was a firmware update, but after I updated it (and powercycled everything) NHL still doesn't work (ERROR EE7437DD91E858E5-0000000000009999-09CDF19E75DDF790)
all other games work flawlessly
- Jimnzay2 years agoNot applicable@FleaRHCP970 Same here, EA please respond. This is not sustainable.
- FleaRHCP9702 years agoNew Vanguard@Jimnzay I should be on EA's payroll - I read posts about this error code going back 6+ years and was able to fix the issue by logging out of my account, logging into my son's account, trying to open EA NHL (which he doesn't own so it didn't work), and then logging out of his account and back into mine. All fixed. I have no idea how or why. @EA_Aljo - some of the posts I'm referring to were authored by...you! lol
Hopefully this helps someone...
