NHL24 disconnecting from server

I can not stay connected to the EA Sports NHL24 server for longer than 15 minutes a piece despite being hardwired into my PS5. I also have the fastest internet possible in the city on Manchester, NH ...

Can you list them out so we don't repeat them? Just a heads up, I'm heading out in about an hour and won't be back until the 17th. You're always welcome to contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can go through some connection troubleshooting with you.
