Follow these steps:
- Go to help.ea.com
- Choose NHL 24 as your game
- Hut the See all topics button
- Choose Technical Support on the left
- Select I need help with my connection

You can also try alternate DNS settings with the steps here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
If your router supports QoS (Quality of Service), make sure it's enabled and prioritize your PlayStation.
On your router, make sure UPnP is enabled. Also, check to see if there's a firmware update available.
You also can contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
It would also be good to make sure you're using a at least a Cat6 ethernet cable and be sure to check it for any damage.
That's all I can think of at the moment. We're not aware of any issues with our servers and we aren't receiving many reports of disconnecting. Should anything be noticed, we'll make an announcement.
