Nhl24 HUT Cant buy in auction

Hello!

I have a problem, since one week i cannot buy anything in the auctionhouse i NHL24 HUT.

I can bid on things and hope to win an auction, but i cant buy it directly.

When i try to buy something in the auctionhouse i get the error code B70D78AF2E5CF670-0000000000009999-4E815F564128F6BB and get sent out to the main menu.

What should i do to fix this and what is the problem?

i am greatful for all the help i can get.

    This is the negative escrow bug. An advisor will be able to fix this. Please follow the instructions here for opening a case. Thanks!

    Hi! What means with a negative escrow bug? I follow the link you mentioned in your comment to open a case, but i dont understand how i do that.

    The funny thing is that after one week i could buy stuff in the auctionhouse again for two days and now the problem is back and i cant buy anything again and the error code is the same. Can you please explain to me like im a complete dummie how i fix this?

    @Eilif-Johan 

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

    2. Type EA Account into the search field
    3. Select the EA Account tile
    4. Click on See more topics
    5. Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    6. Click on the option for chat

    Let the advisor know what the issue is when you get into a chat with them and they should be able to resolve it.
