No rewards HUT Rivals EA Support wont Help

Reached Platinum in HUT Rivals but did not receive rewards. Contacted support and received a copy/paste response that still contained the "Add Player Concern". I was told they couldn't do anything and to refer to the forums.

Rivals rewards release at 2 PM PST on Wednesdays. You should have them in about 3.5 hours.

I didn’t received my hut rivals rewards, I was ultimate in division 3, that’s make me a bit angry!!

Did you go to the Rivals screen to claim them? If so and you that option was missing, an advisor will need to investigate this. To get in touch with one, please open a case here.
