Not Compatible?

Hi!

I am unable to connect to my friends even though we do have the same platform and are both using Xbox Cloud Gaming. Cross platform is enabled etc.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It is likely one of you is on XBSX/S and the other is on XB1.
