Thanks for all the details. Was your account recently banned for a few days? There have been some other reports of this, but in those cases, their accounts had bans that recently expired and then started experiencing this issue.
Also, could you send me a private message with your gamertag? I'll pass it on to the team as part of the investigation we're doing for the issue I just mentioned. Which is very similar to this one.
I have checked and ea said I had no problems with bans or suspensions
Community ManagerDo you happen to have another account you can try? This is just as a test. I'm trying to find out if this is an account issue or not.
Also, can you get a video of what's happening? That would greatly help. You can just put it up on YouTube and link it in a response.
I do not have another account that I have bought the game on, and can record a video... but don't have access to my Xbox for another 3 hours
