I have checked and ea said I had no problems with bans or suspensions

Also, can you get a video of what's happening? That would greatly help. You can just put it up on YouTube and link it in a response.
I do not have another account that I have bought the game on, and can record a video... but don't have access to my Xbox for another 3 hours

Also, are you able to load into an online mode, but then the crash happens or is it happening when you're trying to load into an online mode?
