Online Modes in NHL 24 are literally UNPLAYABLE due to Crashing

I just bought this game thinking how bad could it be?  well, I payed money for basically a pretty splash screen.  it's giving me an SSL Error and going to a white screen.  definitely the last EA product I'll ever buy.

    Hello, @killlburrr 

    If you decide to try again, this can be resolved by logging out of your EA account and logging back in. There are some steps here for this.
