The EA Connect party chat system does not seem to work with voice or sound for me. This was the same during the playtest.
Regular party chat on Xbox works fine, but am unable to communicate through NHL 24.

Do party chats work for you in other games? If not, I'm thinking this could be a privacy setting on your console that needs to be changed.
Yes. This is a first time issue for me. I've went down the rabbit hole of privacy settings and can't seem to locate the issue.
Could really use help with this. Unable to communicate online.
Also when I use option to "mute self" then tells me I can't unmute myself?
Is there any setting on NHL 24 that could effect voice chat?
