players wont pick up puck
In the nhl 2024 game play none of the players will pick up the puck? Whenever I skate over to pick up a puck they skate over. Happens on both teams. Need help Very frustrating Trev

Just wanted to clarify. Long time player and looked into every setting to fix this. Happens to all ten players in ice, home or away etc. Also I deleted and reinstalled the game and the first play now game same problem occurs.
I wish I could put a video up to show people what my frustration is but this is brutal and I want my money back!
