No. You won't lose any WoC or HUT progress or content. It's possible any offline mode saves as well as changes to settings could be lost though. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee it.
It didn’t work I tried both. Is there a way you can find out? My gamertag is jrasta123. It seems like they just removed CHEL because I can use the other online modes. I understand my name was “offensive” and I got a message saying they were resetting it but now it doesn’t let me go on at all. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated. I think they removed me from accessing CHEL

Thanks for getting back to me. As a test, can you switch your connection to a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if being on a totally different network works.
I’m at work right now but will try when I get home. From what I’m reading is it possible EA removed me from accessing world of CHEL? Other people have the same issue.
