Community ManagerThanks for getting back to me. As a test, can you switch your connection to a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if being on a totally different network works.
I’m at work right now but will try when I get home. From what I’m reading is it possible EA removed me from accessing world of CHEL? Other people have the same issue.

I've never heard of that happening so I don't think that's the case. Let me know what happens with that test I mentioned.
