What happens when the bug occurs? NHL 24 crashes and PlayStation gives me an error code along with the option to submit captured video footage of the issue.
What do you expect to see? Not my game crashing

Received email on 10/27 saying I was suspended 72 hours for my name being [REMOVED].
Tried to play after 72 hours had passed; every time I click WOC the game crashes and asks me to submit a bug report along with a video clip (which I do every time).
others have reported the same problem after receiving a temporary suspension for an inappropriate name, but I still have not seen a community member offer a solution. I tried to submit a help ticket, but that just resulted in a response saying “we looked at your suspension and the proper action was taken. Bye.”
I’m not appealing the suspension; I want to know why I can no longer login to WOC.
Edit: Removed offensive content. Do not repeat the same thing you were banned for in game. Chances are good it'll get you banned here as well. -CM
Same exact thing is happening to me on XBOX. i had a 72 hour suspension then all of the sudden I cant access CHEL. I can play other online modes like HUT or a normal VS game but when I load CHEL it boots me to main XBOX screen. Ive tried ten different things nothing works. I finally got in contact with XBOX support chat and they gave me the same generic answer that it isan issue theyre aware of happening to players globally. If you hear anything keep me posted.

Can you both get me a video of the crash you're experiencing?
You’ll send him a video of it crashing… even though many people already have of the SAME THING… and nothing will be done about it. It’s been over a month of this over and over and over.
The file is too large to send through this board. Any other way I can send ?
