PLEASE HELP!

I have spent a week trying to get in touch with someone at EA and the customer service doesnt give me an option to do live chat. I was banned for 72 hours until last Friday and now I cant log on to W...

Thank you much appreciated. I don’t know if there’s a way they can refresh my EA ACCOUNT or something I just don’t get why it only happens to those that had it happen after a ban

It's an odd issue for sure. I don't think we can really do an account refresh. We need to find out what is causing this and properly get it addressed.
