Other controller does work normally. I noticed something else. When we us the first controller but switch to a different user profile the problem goes away, with the controller that was previously giving us problems. Perhaps something to do with the player 1 profile? If not mistaken, those user profiles carry across games, so our preference would be to find a fix that doesn’t involve resetting/deleting the player 1 profile if possible. Hope that makes sense. Thanks again for your help.

Community ManagerDo you mean you're changing the profile on the controller or are you switching to a different gamertag? If you're switching to a different gamertag, make sure the controller settings are saved to it.

Is the other profile using a different control layout? Meaning, one of them is using Skill Stick, but the other profile is using Hybrid. It looks like you keep one touch passing. That is the R2/RT for Skill Stick/Total Control and A/X for Hybrid.
Not sure but when we changed between the different control layouts the problem persists.
