Having issue with puck control. Problem stated recently and came out of nowhere. Players can’t seem to ever get control of the puck. As a player approaches the puck, it just deflects off their stick over and over. Tried multiple controllers and different user accounts/profiles/game modes. Problem persists. Game unplayable. Please help.
Community ManagerIs the other profile using a different control layout? Meaning, one of them is using Skill Stick, but the other profile is using Hybrid. It looks like you keep one touch passing. That is the R2/RT for Skill Stick/Total Control and A/X for Hybrid.
Not sure but when we changed between the different control layouts the problem persists.
