Purchased items gone

I preordered and had all the stuff. Next day gone. I also purchased 40,000 points and are now missing all the items I got through pack purchases. Have 600 points left. Missing all preorder stuff including points plus all the items from pack purchases. Contacted support and they did nothing to resolve the case. Not even refund me or add the points back.  It happy and this is stealing.

    Support should be able to investigate your account and find out what happened to those items. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do over Answers HQ to help with this. You'll need to contact an advisor again by opening a case here.

    I did they said come here and post they did nothing. They don’t even have a number to speak to someone directly. This might be the last straw for me an ea. I can understand glitches and they said it should be fixed by actual release but they gave me nothing in my points or refund options. At least put the points back in my account.

    I haven't heard of this being an issue so the best I can advise is to contact an advisor again.

    I have a case number going to give it a day and see. I wish I could speak to someone would be faster
