Are you going to give back some losing xp gears arenas things that we had unlock in WOC when you gonna fix it?
We had to start a new club (we were P2 20 with a cool arena and lots of things unlocked)
Very frustraded that nothing moves. Plz fix it and give compensations to people who bought that game and loss a lot

Has anybody made a second club and then have it happen again? Like is it worth it to try? Or do we just stay with what we have? I don’t want to go through the trouble of making a new club just to get screwed again.

We founded a new club right when this bug happend three weeks ago. As far as I can confirm all jerseys and logos are showing as they should be. I said this in an earlier post. For my understanding it's the club arena. So from now on I won't touch it, as the upgrade to the next arena started the whole mess.
If you go in the creation zone you'll see the arenas center ice logo jumping to the duck foot logo in both away and alternate customization. There is no away or alternate arena and that is why i think here is the bugs origin.
Our team had thus issue occur AFTER the new patch. Custom jerseys all default to the same black generic NHL jersey for all 3 settings. Stock branding is an option... but how is this not already patched? Whatever coders are being paid, it's too much.

We made a new club last night, while keeping two members in our current club just in case they retro fix the issue. Pipe dream at best.
As of now, we can see our custom jerseys, however if the opponent isn't using stock, then we still see their NHL black jerseys, no matter if they are home, away, or alt. So you can still end up with black v black, just not identical jerseys.
But before you go down that path, I have seen other clubs start new only to have tis black jersey issue pop up a few days down the road. So IDK if it is worth it. I think I will vote to keep my club and use stock.- and be upset about that - vs starting over and have that hope and constant anxiety waiting for the bug to crush me a second time. I don't think EA appreciates (or even cares to appreciate) how major an issue this really is. Just look at the responses compared to other chains. It's not even close.
But hey, you can still spend $$$ on werewolves, so there is that. (insert eye roll here)
I should also add that this November patch reset all of my skater details. Name was kept, but skating style, face, hair, etc have all been reset back to default.
Good thing I didn't spend hours on this BS. Oh wait, I and everyone else I know that suffers through this monotonous game, has endured hours of wasted time, Many of us have to carve out time in a day or week to play games, and we spend more time troubleshooting and fixing EA's nonsense than we do actually playing.
Can someone with common sense and understanding of our community step in and lead the way here? Where is the EA response?
I absolutely LOVE that over 24 hours later the admin here who is supposed to be our ears and VOICE leaves us with no response. Ghosted.

Since the last patch which was supposed to address the issue, it has become much more prevalent. I've read that a trigger for this issue is upgrading the team arena.
I've noticed that you are able to update the colors of certain Presentation effects you haven't yet unlocked by choosing to "Apply Team Colors" to it - for example smoke coming from the scoreboard. I wonder if teams that have colors attributed to Presentation items not yet unlocked could be part of the problem. Just a theory. I have been reading that some people have fixed the jersey issue by reverting the club arena, so the two things could be related.
Currently, when I select to customize Custom Branding, my custom jersey shows up as designed. Trying to use it still causes the glitch.
I suspect we will see some sort of resolution to this finally as it has become very widespread, whatever changes were in the last patch made the issue worse, and some social media people associated with the brand are starting to call it out.
Fix this EA, for once and all.
This, I noticed the glitch after setting up a new arena and the scoreboard started showing black smoke. We have not unlocked a scoreboard yet. It was on juniors 4
Where did admin go? So disrespectful to their customer base.
Just had the jersey glitch tonight in a league game, tethering still isn't fixed for goalies, keep getting weird chat overlay in games now, that's new for me. Pressure system is poo.
