Re: Error Code when playing World of Chel

The error code seems to slightly change each time I attempt to load in.

    Do you happen to have a custom gamerpic? If so, try removing it and using a default one. Also, do you have any special characters in your player's name?

    Something to try is deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

    1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile.
    2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
    3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

    Did you also check your gamerpic as well as remove any special characters?

    Are you able to play drop-ins fine? 

    If your player is a Captain or Alternate, try removing that.

  • Yes I removed special characters in my name and i was able to load into a drop-in game.

  • None of my club members are on currently so ill have to check later

    You could try being a free agent for another club. If you want to wait for yours, that's fine as well of course. Just let me know how it goes.

  • @EA_Aljo I addressed the issue for myself. Now my whole club is experiencing the error code, some guys have been able to load into a drop-in and then the issue is fixed but others don't have that luck
