Re: HUT Auction house error/negative escrow

I have the same issue. Can’t buy anything in the auction house and when I attempt to buy, I get an error message (attached) and get put back to the main screen. I agree with others on this topic that it is an ongoing issue and is very difficult to get an advisors help. The links you keep providing do not have clear paths for the links and you end up going around in circles.  Also, when I go to “my cases”, I don’t have the option to start a new case.

Why does a company this large that has been putting out basically the same game for a decade, still have common problems like this? How many decades will it take before EA provides reliable games? People pay a lot of money over the year for these games and EA doesn’t seem to care when the games don’t operate correctly.  I can almost guarantee NHL25 will have the same issues, cause EA just copy and pastes their games and does 1 or 2 small updates.
