We went back and forth on this throughout last year. I reported this again last week and we have yet to find any issues that would be causing a small part of the playerbase to experience input lag. We're still monitoring this for more reports. I didn't respond due to the high amount of interaction we had on this previously and I didn't have anything new to add.

In case it's not abundantly clear, I started this thread (again) so other people can know they're not alone and that something is drastically wrong. I don't actually expect any EA help. Almost 2 years of queries has numbed me to that possibility. You told me last year they can't repeat it......from Vancouver. As if that means anything. The videos I provide, and the explanations, are what they are. 

I would cry tears of joy if someone with more technical knowledge than a community manager (no offense) contacted me or wanted more specific knowledge I can provide. But that hasn't happened.

We also get very few reports of this. That is what is making it so hard to reproduce. Again, with the virtually infinite combination of equipment and ISPs, it's not something we can reasonably test. Since the high majority of the playerbase is not reporting the same issue and since we can't reproduce it, we can't confirm it's an issue on our end.

I have exactly the same problem as last year. While in the game (like last year) players suddenly became sluggish. Last year the first 2 weeks were like oil, this year the first 2 1/2 weeks too...is that a coincidence? My console is NEW, no other game is installed yet. Just because there aren't 684,000 different accounts reporting this error doesn't mean that this error doesn't exist. Many people probably don't even notice the difference between terrible and good gameplay. If you don't play every day you won't know the difference. I also made 20-25 posts but this year it was the first and last time I'll write here because it's useless.. nothing will ever change.. that was the last game from EA, I'll never do it again Mistake and buy NHL or another sports game from EA, never again... I wrote in German and used the translator

I don’t know why all of you are convinced it’s only an NHL problem. @Vladimir097 you even say yourself that it’s a difficult problem to notice unless you’re on the game constantly. Possibly you’re not noticing similar desync/input problems in other games
