Rival X - Registration for North American Open

Hi, 

I thought that I was successfully signed up for the current GWC north american open. If you take a look at my rival x account, you will see two check marks which I thought indicated the accounts were successfully linked.

As it turns out, I missed an N in my user name -  My input values were Overun and should have been Overunn. I assumed it was correct, normally green check marks mean something substantial. 

Long story long, I raised the issue to  Rival x, they said the check marks go green based on any input (makes no sense) and will not help me enroll in the tournament. 

Ive been watching this tournament for months thinking I was enrolled successfully. What a horrible experience . The platform design is flawed.
