Community ManagerThanks for trying. As a test, would you be able to try create a new lineup with completely different players? My thought is that one of the ones you're using is bugged and is causing this to happen. Had you added any customizations to any items or changed up your arena/logo right before this started happening?
I just created a new lineup with completely different players and still cant start any game. I havent changes anything on the customization before this to happen. What i just observed is that, after opening rivals an going to Win Rewards or Division, these pages are not loading up. Yesterday, after i got home from work this was the case. The menu is usable even if the pages are not loading up until i click on play now in rivals. The moment i do it the entire rivals menu becomes unresponsive. As i see the problem could be during loading up the lineup..........
I’m having the same issue . I can play any other mode and when I go to rivals and click to enter my team page to ready for match making the screen freezes and you can’t back out if it only option is to close the whole game and reload the game. I was able to claim my rewards from last weeks rivals progress but again the screen freezes when trying to enter ny team page to confirm for matchmaking.

You’re on Xbox I’m on ps5 and as I said above I’m having the same exact issue. I’ve played 40 games in rivals using all the same cards that were active when this happened. So I highly doubt that suddenly a card in my lineup is bugged. It’s obviously a stability issue. Yesterday I was also getting a message that I couldn’t connect to ea servers that my console wasn’t online. When I clearly was I called my rival weekly achievement packs but couldn’t advance past the load rivals screen to enter match making. I’ve done everything that’s been suggested but also had my internet provider test my equipment and service all was well . Which I knew because I had no issues playing other games
