You’re on Xbox I’m on ps5 and as I said above I’m having the same exact issue. I’ve played 40 games in rivals using all the same cards that were active when this happened. So I highly doubt that suddenly a card in my lineup is bugged. It’s obviously a stability issue. Yesterday I was also getting a message that I couldn’t connect to ea servers that my console wasn’t online. When I clearly was I called my rival weekly achievement packs but couldn’t advance past the load rivals screen to enter match making. I’ve done everything that’s been suggested but also had my internet provider test my equipment and service all was well . Which I knew because I had no issues playing other games

Community ManagerThere really isn't a save file you can send us since your team is saved on our servers. Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
Sony was having an outage yesterday so that's most likely why you couldn't connect. As far as using the same cards goes, it's still possible something got glitched. Can you try a new lineup as I mentioned? I just want to rule this out as a possible solution.
I have deleted it, and after the restart of the game the issue still persists.
I did all that created multiple new teams made each active and still can’t get past the same rivals screen. As I stated I can play any other mode online , chel, moments , squad battles all work except rivals. Which leads me to believe it’s not a me problem or PSN and the fact that it’s the same exact issue that he’s having on Xbox even further leads in that direction. This isn’t the first year that I’ve not been able to play a game consistently because of EA issues. If all other modes of play are accessible it’s obviously not PlayStations issue it’s EA’s . If you can’t help there has to be a phone number I can call that can

- Your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID
- Time of when this last happened.
- Console version of NHL 24 you're playing

Dude I made 4 new teams and still can’t access rivals but I can access squad battles, 3’s , moments every other mode and nhl 23 loads fine so it’s not my server or PlayStation it’s EA . And your inept answers on a game that’s a week old and unplayable is ludacris . There has to be a number I can call
It can be a bug, we have to be a little bit patient. I hope i will note lose my HUT Champ points and can compete next week

So far there are 2 of you reporting this. That sounds like it's an issue related to your specific accounts. Which is why I was requesting that info. All good though. I just can't really potentially help you without it. I'll let you know if anything is discovered.

I’ve reported it too. It’s been 3 days and I can’t play rivals. I’ve created a ticket. Tried all the generic troubleshooting steps they gave me and still nothing. I’ve deleted saved data and even re downloaded and still the same issue. We should be compensated
