@EA_Aljo We have separate accounts. Router NAT connection is set to secure and UPnP is active. Both PS5 consoles show as NAT type 2 when checking connection

2 years agoThanks for getting back to me. As a test, can one of you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This will help determine if the issue is due to your home network or ISP.

Used a mobile hotspot and we both got into lobby first try. Seems like it's definitely something to do with the home network / router.
