Squad Battles Rewards/Ranking

I just started playing Ultimate Team on NHL 24 a few weeks back, I just played my first squad battles games this week, got up to Pro 2; it’s now the next week of squad battles, it say my highest ever rank was rookie 3 and I have received no rewards. What was the point of playing if I wasn’t going to get my rewards..

@EA_Aljo Should I be concerned about it saying my highest rank is rookie 3 ? Or will that change when I receive the rewards
