Threes Circuit Online Freezes At Puck Drop of 2nd

Is this happening in every Threes Circuit online game you play? Also, is it a faceoff loop where the faceoff keeps resetting and then you disconnect?

1. It has happened 98% of the time. It did work once so we figured it was fixed then very next game it happened again. 

2. Yes. Faceoff loop and eventually says lost connection.

Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? If you're using a wireless connection, can you switch to a wire and then power cycle your console/network equipment and try again?

I use a wired connection and so do the people I have been playing with. This happens with different people, not just me and one other guy, but everybody. The game did not always do this, we made it to the eastern conference before noticing any issues then it carried into the icon circuit also. 
I have also cycled the power for my modem/router and console.

When did this start happening? Also, could you get me a video of it? Just put it up on a service like YouTube and post a link to it in a response.

It started about 14 days ago for me I’m guessing. It does not seem to matter if I hit A or B, skip introductions, just random.

I won't be able to send it over to the team without a video so we'll have to go through some troubleshooting. If you end up being able to record a video, let me know. Instructions are here. It's pretty easy with today's consoles.

Something that would be good to do is power cycling your equipment with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
