Unexpected error chel 3v3

Can you please explain to me why in 3vs3 eshal When you get an unexpected error code it kicks you back to the start, but it automatically results in you getting a loss EA. Are you able to get on and ...

How frequently is this happening? What system are you playing on?

Happens once or twice a week and it's on the PlayStation5. Even if you restart the system go back in.

  Thanks for getting back to me. So far, we haven't been able to find out what causes this. In previous games, I'd have it happen a few times throughout the course of the year. So far with 24 it hasn't happened once. It's been a really difficult one to track down so I don't have any solutions that are going to get it resolved. What system are you playing on?

    It's on the PS5 and it's happening alot I just wish it could be fix it's very annoying. It happened again tonight that's the 4th time in a week it's making the game unplayable.
