Thanks for reaching out about this. Can you tell me which troubleshooting you've been through so I don't repeat anything. Also, if you haven't yet, make sure your equipment is power cycled with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
So I've done the hard reset, I've changed all player equipment, I've gone through Xbox to assure it's not my system we did dns and a whole bunch of other stuff. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with nothing working, sometimes I can go 5 or 6 games without it happening then yesterday I had 3 in a row the error came up

It always happens right after the warmup skate when the player introductions are being done? So, right before the faceoff?
Ya exactly just before it goes to the screen to sync all the players together every time
