So I've done the hard reset, I've changed all player equipment, I've gone through Xbox to assure it's not my system we did dns and a whole bunch of other stuff. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with nothing working, sometimes I can go 5 or 6 games without it happening then yesterday I had 3 in a row the error came up

I'd like you to try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

If I delete that then what do I all lose? I'm almost prestige 3 and have so much unlocked if I delete my gamer tag will that no delete all my stuff and stats? Thanks
