Community ManagerI'd like you to try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24.
- Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL tile.
- Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
- Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

If I delete that then what do I all lose? I'm almost prestige 3 and have so much unlocked if I delete my gamer tag will that no delete all my stuff and stats? Thanks

Apologies for accidentally leaving that info out. Thanks for asking. You won't lose any HUT or EASHL progress or content. You could potentially lose saves related to offline modes as well as settings. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that.
