Unexpected Error

I constantly get an unexpected Error well trying to play club 3s. I get all the way into the game for the warm up skate then right before it goes to the EA screen to sync when they are showing the players stats I freeze and get booted with a message unexpected Error. It's happened since the game has come out and now has happened 8 times during cup finals destroying my club record and getting us booted from playoff rounds. I've complained to EA multiple times but there useless email call center is an embarrassment to all customers. All I get from them is "we understand" "we value you" garbage but they never put me through to anybody to do anything about it. My ping is 20ms did a full run through with Xbox to ensure it wasn't my system it's the broken game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled I've reset my player and nothing changes.
