Very Poor Servers (NHL 24)

I've been getting "failed to retrieve data" error messages every 20-30 minutes on average and "lost connection to EA servers" messages and forfeiting games in about every 1 in 3 games. I've read countless reports of similar issues regarding this game in other pages/threads, etc. I've been on a wired connection as of late, and these problems have been occurring just as frequently as they did when I was on a wireless connection. I always have low ping and high upload/download speeds and no to minimal packet loss and i don't live in a rural area so i can't see how these issues could possibly be on my end.
Let's go through some troubleshooting and see if we can get this resolved. What console are you playing on? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
On XBOX Series X. I tried power cycling three separate times yesterday on both my console and my router exactly as you've described, to no avail.
As a test, can you switch to a mobile hotspot as your connection and see if it still happens?
Hi, my confirm this error message. It usually appears when I want to enter a match and I'm adjusting my players in formations and then it takes me back a step. After that, when I want to continue, this message appears and I have to start a record with another opponent to solve it
