Video issue (in-game) NHL 24
Hi, I have this problem while playing on ps5 (image join). I uninstall the game and reinstall it. Nothing change. Everyrhing is updated. any ideas?

Community ManagerReboot your console, disconnect and securely reconnect both ends of your HDMI cable and retry.
If possible, test with another cable on another TV.

I try with 3 different TV and 3 different cable and I still have purple line. It start doing it after the first period.
The problem still remain in other mode. All of my other games doesn’t have this kind of problem.

What mode(s) have you tried? Also, if I'm understanding you right, it starts after the first period. Are you always using the same team? Have you seen this happen in different arenas? Thanks!
