@EA_Barry Are you officially telling there is nothing that can be done, and that if we have AT&T we are completely screwed? Is there any more information that could help us... is it only specific models of AT&T modem/routers, or is it all AT&T users in specific regions? Is there any setting or anything AT ALL that can be done by the end user to play your video game?
I find it very hard to believe that, if EA technicians are capable individuals, they can't at least see what the problem is.
Assuming it IS only on AT&T somehow, tell us what is wrong so we can put them on blast instead of you guys.
Ideally, EA should ALSO be nagging them constantly with the issue that needs to be fixed.
