Telekom on the latest Fritzbox in Germany has nothing to do with AT&T.
Starting in June 23 we are having loading and connecting troubles. ONLY in NHL games 23 and 24. All other games run like a well oiled machine!
Network connection issues....
Game disconnected....
And the nice animated circle spinning....
...are the best features in NHL.

I am the teammate of @rick-rangerous and have the described problems too.
that‘s crazy. I presume there is more a problem on EA servers due to less licenses or capacities.
Why?
we are playing nearly every day between 8PM till 12PM german time. Especially from 8PM till 10:30PM we have those connection problems and error messages. After 10:00/10:30 PM normally not.
To ensure there is no problem on OUR side
* during the day no problem
* NHL 24 uninstalled and did a fresh installation
* wiped the PS5 console and did a fresh installation too
* tried several PSN profiles - same behavior
* reset our Internetrouter to default settings
nothing helped and we are three teammates having this issue in Germany and I know a lot of more here too.
By the way, starting EA FC 24 due the problem time - there is no issue.
I am working now for more than 20 years in the IT business and I am a engineer and developer and know the challenges of offering a software to the customers. Not only the software itself, infrastructure too.
so to be honest, this has to be a problem on EA (server capacity or licenses).
I understand that EA gets a lot of requests, but we paid for the game and online play, so we have the permissions to get support for it. PLEASE HELP US AS THIS BEHAVIOR IS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!
- @firemurnau As many others have echoed, yes it seems like this happens between 7pm-11pm EST like clockwork. If this isn't fixed before Sunday (league gaming night) there will be a s***storm on twitter. Maybe that'd a good thing, but more-so I just want to play my $100 game.
