Yeah this is pretty pathetic customer service.
My wild card guess is that the issue is going to cost someone money to resolve it. I’m hoping I’m wrong.
this feels like when media corporations and cable providers contracts come to an end & both companies start enticing their viewers to go to the other & complain.
Just not a good practice at all. It’s 2023 and nobody from EA will hear our voices… literally this and Twitter is our best way to communicate WITH THE COMPANY
