There has been an on going issue with connecting to WOC, however it has now carried over to all game modes. Can't connect to anything getting a multitude of errors including "Unable to retrieve data" "Problem loading assets" "Lost connection to EA Servers" ISP information AT&T fiber 1gig up and down. wired connection. steps taken to remedy the issue. Changed DNS servers to EA recommend DNS servers cleared Alternate MAC Address, Deleted local game data, updated rosters. Switched to Cloudfare DNS same issue, switched to Google DNS same issue. Speed tests on internet connection has been consistently 800 Mbps down and 800 - 900 up. I'm able to connect to Madden 24 servers fine, able to connect to UFC 5 fine issue lies strictly with NHL 24.
- @texastk It was a problem before on Battlefield 2042. It was an issue for 4 months from July til recently (I beleive its ongoing still).
EA said its not their fault, but mysteriously in 23 it happened immediately following their patch, and now it has happened again immediately following their patch.- @Reflektere Yeah this did not start until they patched recently it's unreal. They basically just rob you of money and don't do anything about it.
