@EA_Kent did you change the password to the technical issues forum and not tell any of the other mods? I can’t, for the life of me, figure out why there hasn’t been a single response from a mod in your own forum for over a week. Not responding on Twitter or Reddit is almost understandable. But no response on here is a slap in the face.

I mean this is going from an embarrassment at EA to being a crime. I am speaking to some attorneys to see what can be done. EA has taken $70 from countless AT&T customers and isn’t even addressing it.
This would be really easy to address: “We want to apologize to all of our customers that are having these issues. We are looking into it and will keep you updated on a daily basis. If we determine the issue is on our end, we will resolve it immediately. However, if the issue is determined to be solely AT&T’s, we will provide you exhaustive details of the issue and provide you with the relevant customer support line at AT&T. If we cannot solve this issue, you can start your return and refund process here (link).”
This would be easy. This would be ethical. But instead we get radio silence from the spineless EA staff.

Crazy that they can say it isn't patch related. Maybe it isn't, but after it happening for the 3rd times (NHL 23 in July immediately post-patch, Battlefield2024 in July immediately post patch and now with NHL 24 immediately post patch), I don't think AT&T would agree this is "all their fault" as the mods have said.Was just online playing HUT and guess what bam it's 9pm CST and Errors start again this is damn absurd!
Update for today, going to make this a detailed memoir in the unlikely event a mod cares.
- Played today at 4:30pm EST and had to wait 5min loading into WOC.
-Played three games with no errors but heavy lag getting back to dressing room-Currently playing at 9:42pm EST waiting to load into WOC, it’s been 12min and counting.
9:49pm: This is where the bar has been stuck since the first 30 seconds.9:50pm: After 20min I’m going to restart everything
9:53pm: Back to the load screen.
9:55pm: Can see my character and is at “checking”, 9:57pm I can now select a game mode
9:57pm: Clicked to play 3s and got this error:
9:58pm: Back loading into WOC.
10:00pm: I see my character stuck on “checking”.
10:02pm: Screen loaded and clicked to play ones. Ready button never loaded but matchmaking.
10:05pm: In game
10:16pm: End
I’m not a tech guy by any means but here’s what I’m wondering. Does EA have an issue with the heightened upload speeds (or something speed related) of AT&T fiber so when more people are playing ie at 9:30pm instead of 4:30pm the servers can’t handle it? At least in my area of Michigan every other internet provider is going to have substantially slower upload speeds compared to AT&T. Who knows but it’s annoying.
