white loading screen

everytime i load into the game and press X it takes me to a white loading screen. and then an error message from playstation pops up. other games work fine btw. any advice? i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling

I moved your thread to the tech issues forum. As far as your problem goes, what is the error message you're seeing? Also, do you have anything plugged into the USB ports? If so, unplug them and try again.
