Try completely shutting down NHL 24 and loading back in to it. Let me know if the loss updates to a win or not.
Did as you asked, and the game did not update. It still shows as a 3-0 LOSS.
Suppose it's worth noting this was in EASHL 6on6 Club Finals.
I included an in-game screenshot of the Recent Games. Notice how the game highlighted has the numbers flipped, where as normal losses the losing team always has the number trailing the first score.

Thanks for all the details. Is this the first time it happened? Unfortunately, we can't change a loss to a win so we can't update your record. I'll let the team know this happened and will keep an eye out for other reports.

Yes, this is the first time this has ever happened to us in the thousands of EASHL games we have played in the last 5+ years. Very disappointing honestly, if the game cannot be trusted to accurately award wins based on the final score of a game. Thank you for forwarding our concerns.

I'd say one out of 1000s of games in 5+ years is pretty accurate. It's very possible there was also a connection issue that caused this. It's going to be extremely difficult to find out why you got the loss with the possibility of this being a connection hiccup. If we see other reports, we'll investigate it further. Definitely let me know if it keeps happening. Regardless, apologies for the frustration. I know I'd be feeling the same way. Especially with it being a playoff loss.
