Fortunately it seems that it randomly fixed last night. Might have something to do with special characters purchased using the coins in the store? Once I removed a special character the problem went away.

Community ManagerAhh yes. Those dang special characters! I forgot about that. They have been known to cause problems. The same goes for custom gamerpics for Xbox players. Appreciate the update on this. I'll keep it in mind in the future. If you have any other issues, please reach out again. Thanks!
