World of chel store

I purchased a Roy avs jersey in the world of chel store, it shows I own it but I can't equip it to my player, even under player customization it doesn't show the jersey is there (I bought another jersey to test it and it worked). I do want the jersey as he was one of my fav players. I also exited the game completely and still didn't work.
