2 hours in the lobby room

Where are you located? It's off-peak hours in NA. Also, if you're competing for the Elite cup, there's probably going to be a smaller player pool. 

Of course we would love to have a bigger playerbase. That's really what this comes down to. Not so much the matchmaking, but who's actually online at the time. And the way to fix that is to make a game more people want to play. Which, is something we're always striving for.
