2 hours in the lobby room

I've been 2 hours in the lobby room today, searching... searching... searching, without being able to play a single game of CHEL.  What is wrong with the matchmaking process?  There are enough player...

Give us the opportunity for team training or free skating while we're looking for a game. customization of the player. anything but staring at a blank screen.
