Yes it is the Xbox X series. We tried what you said and it didn’t work. Do you have any other ideas?

Hello. Apologies for the late response. I was out for the last 3 days.
Is your Xbox connected through a wireless or wired connection? If wireless, can you switch to a wire and see if it connects?
Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
