Add in Conditional draft picks.

Here’s a thing   that needs to be passed to the developers - is Conditional draft picks. Something,  in the real world  when you trade high value  player. You get a  Conditional draft pick in it. So,  if my team does bad a  in year  it can be a bottom-10 pick. If  your team does super good and  is out of range of bottom-10. Your team doesn’t get the pick at all and  goes to the other team.  

this can be seen with the Jacob Markstrom trade   and the Matthew Tkachuk trade the most confusing trade that I had witnessed.

Can this be passed to developers?
